Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Agreement
These terms apply whenever you use this website. By browsing it, you agree to them. This site is run by Srijon, a social and cultural organisation based in London dedicated to preserving, promoting and celebrating Bengali art, culture and heritage.
Purpose of this site
This site is here to share information about Srijon and its events, and to help people get in touch or book onto activities. It isn't a store, and it doesn't process payments directly.
Using our content
The text, images and design on this site belong to Srijon unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to share links to it, but please don't reproduce or republish our content for commercial purposes without asking us first at contact@srijon.org.
Event bookings
Tickets for Srijon events are booked through Eventbrite. Eventbrite handles the booking and payment itself, under its own terms and privacy policy — Srijon isn't responsible for the Eventbrite platform.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party services, including Eventbrite and Facebook. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies or availability.
No warranty
We try to keep information on this site accurate and up to date — for example, event dates and venues — but details can change, and we can't guarantee everything here is current or error-free at every moment. Please confirm event details with us if it matters.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Srijon isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised.
